1. Introduction

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of data or content obtained from the Services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLASHQUIZAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlashQuizAI, its affiliated companies, contractors, employees, agents, and its third-party suppliers, licensors, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees and expenses), arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
